Terms of Service
By creating an account or using AgroForth, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they include important information about AI outputs, payments and liability.
1. The service
AgroForth provides software tools including AI Crop Doctor, AI Animal Doctor, Satellite Monitoring, Farm Advisor, Yield Prediction, Weather Intelligence, Finance Manager, Drone & Security, and an Agricultural Marketplace.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 16 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans (Pro, Cooperative, Enterprise) renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paystack in Nigerian Naira. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 7 days of charge if the service was materially unavailable.
4. AI outputs are guidance, not professional advice
Crop Doctor, Animal Doctor, Farm Advisor and Yield Prediction return AI-generated guidance based on your inputs. They are decision support tools — not a substitute for a licensed agronomist, veterinarian, banker or other professional. Always verify before applying chemicals, taking loans, or making large operational decisions.
5. Marketplace
AgroForth facilitates listings (waste, rainwater kits, security equipment, produce). We are not the seller of those items unless explicitly stated. Buyers and sellers are responsible for the legality, quality and delivery of goods.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use AgroForth to break the law, defraud others, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, harass anyone, or attempt to bypass our security or rate limits.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of photos, audio, text and farm records you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process and store them only to deliver the service to you.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the AI, or risk the safety of other users. You may close your account any time from settings.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Crop yields, weather, market prices and AI diagnoses are estimates — actual results vary. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
